I created SmartFlow Admin to support small business owners who are incredible at their craft - but overwhelmed by the backend. With a background in executive admin and a love of clear systems, I help clients create space, structure, and sanity behind the scenes.
I work 100% remotely from my home office and support a mix of solo tradespeople and creative service businesses. No jargon, no unnecessary steps - just clean, functional admin support that actually makes a difference.

Appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and client confirmations are handled smoothly using the client’s preferred system (such as Calendly, ServiceM8, Tradify etc.). Ideal for maintaining a steady, well-organised week.

Invoices are created, sent, and followed up on when overdue. Transactions are reconciled in Xero (or platform of choice) regularly to support clean, current accounts and healthy cash flow.

Client records are updated with accurate details, notes, and task statuses. A well-maintained database supports better communication, workflows, and follow-through.

A consistent weekly check-in (via email or shared task board) ensures priorities are reviewed, progress is tracked, and nothing important falls through the cracks.
